Oil Refinery Line

Generally speaking, after oil pressing we can get the crude edible oil, as it has different kinds of impurities and easy to oxidize; as a result, it cannot be stored for long time. To avoid oxidization of crude edible oil and get rid of impurities or hazardous substances, you need to set up an oil refinery line for your oil plant.

Oil refinery purpose
  • Oil refinery can remove the different kinds of impurity in the Crude Edible Oil;

  • Oil refinery can improve the oil quality. Such as the taste, the smell, the colour, the acid value, etc. which affects human consumption;

  • After Oil Refinery the cooking oil is not easy to Oxidize and quality can be promised to store for longer time;
Raw material & Capacity

What kinds of edible oil can ABC oil refining line process?
Soybean Oil, Peanut Oil. Sesame Oil, Rape/Canola Oil, Sunflower oil, rice bran oil, Corn Germ Oil, Cotton Oil, Palm Oil, coconut oil, etc Vegetable Oil and Animal Oil such as: Fish/Seal oil, etc

What capacity can ABC Machinery offer?
Capacity Available:
1TPD,2TPD, 3TPD, 5TPD,10TPD,15TPD, 20TPD, 30TPD (batch Design)
15TPD,20TPD.30TPD;(semi-Continuous Design)
30TPD ,50TPD,100TPD,200TPD,400TPD (continuous Design)

Classification
Oil Refinery can be classified 3 kinds
Semi-Continuous Oil Refinery 10-50TPD Semi-Continuous Oil Refinery 10-50TPD

semi-continuous oil refinery process design is more efficient and needs less investment. It’s suitable for middle scale oil refinery plant from 10TPD to 50TPD....

Oil refining process
Basically it has the following four steps

Crude Oil Degumming Neutralization Bleaching Deodorization (optional) Winterization/Fractionation Finished Oil
Ⅰ Degumming

Degumming process is to remove solubility impurity in the crude oil, such as phospholipids which is the main solubility impurity in crude oil.

Hydrated Degumming

The Continuous Hydrated Degumming
Ⅱ Neutralization

Crude oil contains much free fatty acid, which is harmful for health. Free fatty acid can have reaction with caustic soda. During the reaction, it can be saponified and becomes soap stock, then small soap stock pellets will sink and become sediment and be pumped out. After neutralizing, most of the free fatty acid will be removed out.

Deacidfication

The Continuous Deacidification
Ⅲ Bleaching

This process could remove 40% red color/carotenoids. The rest is removed in distilling process.

The crude edible oil contains complex pigment compositions, which mainly include chlorophyll, carotenoids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, and some carbohydrates, proteins, and so on. Commonly adsoption decolouration is used in oil refinery. The adsorption decolorization method has strong adsorption capacity to adsorb pigments and other impurities in the hot oil, and at the same time remove the adsorbent, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying and decoloring.

Decoloration

The Technology of Decoloration
Ⅳ DEACIDIFICATION/DEODORIZATION

The deodorization step is to remove the bad smells that are left after deacidification and decolorization, such as trace amounts of aldehydes, ketones, hydrocarbons, low molecular weight fatty acid, glycerol ester oxide and clay, residual solvent smell. After deodorization, the edible oil will have pleasant smell.

Ⅴ Winterization/dewaxing

Dewaxing is specially to process: Crude Sunflower Seeds Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Corn Germ Oil etc, which includes wax impurity in the crude oil and effect the oil quality.

Ⅵ Fractionation

is specially to process CPO (crude Palm Oil), to get different centigrade oil.
